This privacy statement explains how EUDAE KIMURA Ltd (“EUDAE KIMURA” or “we”) collects and uses personal information and provides information about individuals’ rights. It applies to personal data provided to us by the individuals themselves. We do not actively seek demographic information, including gender and occupation, but such information may be submitted when a visitor submits a CV details through the contact form. It is EUDAE KIMURA’s policy to limit the information collected to only the minimum information required to complete a visitor’s request.

We do not recommend that you submit and EUDAE KIMURA does not seek via the website, information of a sensitive nature including data relating to race or ethnic origin; political opinion; religious or other similar beliefs; trade union membership; physical or mental health; sexual life or criminal record. If you choose to provide sensitive information for any reason, the act of doing so constitutes your explicit consent and EUDAE KIMURA accepts such consent to use that information in the ways described in this privacy policy or as described at the point where you choose to disclose this information.

When you provide personal information to us, we use it for the purposes for which it was provided to us as stated at the point of collection. This may include the referral of personal information to one of our international offices as part of our global business. We do not collect or compile personally identifiable information for dissemination or sale to outside parties for consumer marketing purposes, or host mailings on behalf of third parties.

The personal data you submit to us will only be retained for as long as is required for the purposes for which it was collected. CVs are disposed of when they are either no longer under consideration or are considered outdated by our Human Resources departments.
